Almost died today during training.First ran 2.4 then do 10 times of pao xian then was given 5 minutes break and at the time my face was as red as an apple already so Hui min and Jia le or Jia hui either one of them kept asking me if i was ok. Thanks for your concern, I feel much better now =) So around 11 could not go on so left early with Brenda. =) Sianz week 6 got so many test... ...
