A whole day of fitness training. Coach was boasting like hell god. Seriously someone just step on his arrogant and complacent actions and i will pay you like $30. He seriously needs to be looked down and learn to spare a thought for others. Or i think i will want to slap him or just throw him down the sea to let the sharks bit him into bits and hell will be over. As for Astro Boy his training is not hell it is horror. I think u meet to be M18 to survive his training. Or else dial 995 before attending training. Did fan gun like what the hell and my legs and elbow is like bruised. And we ran like 40 rounds basketball court. He got problem right ? And his problem is many and big. Was playing match when some people from Norway can to visit us to see our training. At that moment he was all smiles to them. Act cute. They taught us how to play handball and it was tiring. Only Brenda, Yujin and the people from Norway were seriously playing running here and there like nuts. Went to bake at Sharmin's house and it was so called horror but in the end results came out thanks to me. =P I am having stomach ache like hell and my whole face is like white and i need to sit on one side of my butt only. It hurts like hell and i think i will not survive long.
